About Our Diamonds
Are your diamonds certified?
Yes. Every loose diamond we offer is independently graded and includes an official laboratory report. Most are certified by GIA or IGI, the industry’s leading grading authorities, and we also offer diamonds graded by other reputable international labs to give you more selection and better pricing. No matter the lab, every diamond on CITRAI is professionally evaluated and fully authenticated.
Will I receive a certificate with my diamond?
Yes. You’ll receive the original grading certificate with your diamond. For GIA-certified diamonds between 0.15 and 2.99 carats graded on or after January 1, 2023, the GIA now issues digital-only reports. These diamonds come with a GIA security label and QR code, allowing you to verify the certificate online
What types of diamonds do you offer?
We carry both natural and lab-grown diamonds, available in a range of shapes, carat weights, and clarity grades. Each stone is hand-selected for exceptional brilliance, ethical sourcing, and long-term value.
Do you have a physical showroom?
We operate exclusively online. This allows us to offer GIA- and IGI-certified diamonds at exceptional value, without the traditional retail markup.
Shipping
When will I receive my order?
Most orders ship within 7–10 business days after purchase. This includes sourcing, inspection, and secure express shipping. Delivery times may vary based on diamond origin and destination.
Is my shipment insured?
Yes — all shipments are fully insured for the total order value from our facility to your door.
What carrier do you use?
We use UPS for all orders.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Tracking details will be emailed as soon as your diamond ships.
Do you require a signature on delivery?
For your security, most orders require an adult signature upon delivery. CITRAI reserves the right to request a signature on high-value shipments to ensure safe and secure delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries. If you can enter your address at checkout, we can ship to your location. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window starting from the date you receive your diamond.
- Each customer is allowed one free return per rolling 75-day period.
- Additional returns within those 75 days incur a $45 restocking fee, deducted from your refund.

Is there a restocking fee?
Only if multiple returns are made within 75 days. Otherwise, no restocking fee applies to eligible returns.
Do you provide return shipping labels?
Yes. We provide a prepaid, fully insured return label for all eligible* returns to ensure safe transit back to us.
